Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items will be shipped immediately, and the remaining item(s) will be sent as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, please don’t worry — the rest of your order will arrive shortly after.

Tracking Your Order
